Sunset from the Pier

We visited Port Ellen and carried on down the coast road and, after visiting Kildalton Church, continued to Claggain Bay.
On the way back we popped in to the Lochside Hotel in Bowmore where there are over 260 different whiskey’s available.
We then moved on to Loch Gruinart which was quite near to where we we staying
Firstly, Port Wemyss and the “Big Island” and then onto Portnahaven 2007, not a lot changes apart from the new sewerage system. I don’t quite know if I miss the old sewerage pipes or not. It’s strange when something you knew was always there isn’t anymore!
We couldn’t even get parked in Queen st due the number of cars already there!
We walked over Lagmore to Claddach and low and behold the stones are still there!
The tide was pretty high and we could not get to the “Cave” The final part of the video shows a “Butterfly bush” at the Woolen Mill
